2. Bookings and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation number from Hotel Foresta. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any reservation at our discretion. Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. Promotional rates may have specific terms and conditions that supersede standard rates.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Valid identification (CNIC, passport, or national ID) is required at check-in.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in may incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay. No-shows will be charged for the full booking amount. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

5. Payment

We accept cash, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC). Payment is due at check-in unless otherwise arranged. For group bookings or extended stays, a deposit may be required in advance.

6. Guest Conduct and Liability

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Hotel Foresta reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests who engage in disruptive, illegal, or harmful behavior. Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly.

7. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, or distributing malicious software. Unauthorized use of hotel logos, images, or content is prohibited. We may modify or discontinue any part of the website without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hotel Foresta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, though we will assist with reporting and recovery where possible.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
